Denise M. Kurowski

Executive Vice President

Denise Kurowski is an Executive Vice President at Strategic Staffing Solutions' (S3) and a vital member of the company's executive team. She is responsible for managing Strategic Staffing Solutions International, the Vendor Management Programs, and providing overall management, support and mentorship to the company's 23 global branch managers and team members. Kurowski is also integral to the design and development of business solutions for S3's international roster of Fortune 500 customers.

Kurowski joined the S3 team in 1991, one year after the company opened. She began as a marketing representative and her aggressive marketing strategies and innovative solutions have afforded the company vast profitable results. Kurowski has contributed to the company's consecutive annual growth through opening several major anchor accounts. She is also responsible for developing S3's first Master Vendor Management program, Vendor Diversity program and International Solutions and Outsourcing program. These are now among S3's top grossing programs.

Prior to joining S3, Kurowski was with Unisys Corporation for over six years. As a project manager, she specialized in data center moves and mainframe rotations. She was also a technical specialist in systems software support.

Kurowski has received awards and accolades for her work including being recognized as an "Entrapenuer of the Year" in 2009 by Crain's Detroit Business and a "Powerful Woman of Purpose in Technology" in 2011 by The Rhonda Walker Foundation.

Kurowski is a strong supporter and board member of Vista Maria, Michigan's largest non-profit and community-based treatment agency for abused girls, and is on the advisory board for Real Estate One. She is also a member of the Rackham Symphony Choir.

Kurowski received her Master's Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois.
