Paul M. Huxley
Chairman of the Board
Paul Huxley is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) and is responsible for liaison with shareholders.
Huxley served as Chief Financial Officer of S3 for 18 years before retiring from that position in April 2010. As CFO he helped guide S3 through 18 consecutive years of growth that included nine acquisitions and the establishment of two international subsidiaries in London, England and Vilnius, Lithuania.
Huxley serves as First Vice chair of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's Board of Directors, serves on the Kresge Eye Institute's Board of Visitors, Detroit Zoological Society and on the board of the Michigan Humane Society. Huxely actively participates in S3's annual fundraisers, the Grand Prix Shakedown and golf outing, which provide support for local charities.
Huxley previously owned and served as President of Compass, Inc., an IBM mainframe consulting firm, and its subsidiary, D.P.R., Inc., a temporary services firm. Compass, Inc. merged with S3 in 1992.
Huxley attended Central Michigan University and the University of Detroit.
