Strategic Staffing Solutions International (S³I) opened in 1999 as the European office and Sister Company of Strategic Staffing Solutions. S³I is a woman owned Lithuanian corporation based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

S³I provides system development services, Information Technology (IT) consulting and staffing services, and customized project solutions with the same professional results as our offices in the United States. We chose Vilnius, Lithuania because their highly skilled workforce provides our customers with some of the best thinkers, innovators, and implementers in the IT industry. And more importantly, Lithuania and our S³I employees fit right into our culture, including the manner in which we communicate. Our European customers, consultants and employees all share a sincere desire and interest in doing business with the United States.

With Lithuania’s fast growing economy, and membership in both the European Union and NATO, we are able to expand our customer support across Europe. S³I is successfully serving customers in the Baltic States: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, the Nordic countries of Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, as well as other locations in Europe.
