Strategic Staffing Solutions (S³) is a global IT consulting and business services corporation that delivers staff augmentation, total workforce management programs, outsourced solutions and direct hire recruiting with industry expertise in financial services, energy and utilities, oil, healthcare and insurance, telecommunications and retail distribution.Founded in Detroit, MI 30 years ago, S³ has reported consistent growth and profit every year since 1990, and carries zero debt. With locations throughout the U.S., Europe and the Americas, S³ consultants are placed in 49 states and in 22 countries.

Strategic Staffing Solutions’ approach to diversity is outcome-based. As a certified woman-owned enterprise, S³ looks both inward and outward to ensure that diversity remains at the heart of our business. Internally, S³ monitors its own DE&I through EEOC tracking. S³ also includes military veterans and spouses in its diversity program. Our internal sourcing team is comprised of 80% military affiliates and 70% are diverse. Meet Our Paw-fice Assistants

True to our word of supporting animal welfare organizations we adopted our four “paw-fice” assistants from the Michigan Humane Society. They’re fully part of the S³ family and eagerly greet guests to our corporate headquarters in Detroit.
