This role will serve as a key partner in driving operational efficiency, process automation, collaboration, and business transformation initiatives. The consultant will collaborate with business, technology, operations, and control partners to design and implement scalable solutions that streamlineworkflows, enhance productivity, improve data accessibility, and support strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong business execution experience with expertise across Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead complex initiatives that improve operational performance, drive business transformation, and enable innovative technology solutions.

This role will help shape the organization's future-state strategy for automation, self-service analytics, AI enablement, and business transformation through innovative use of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies.

In this role, you will:

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
• Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Drive adoption of technology-enabled solutions by developing sustainable processes, promoting best practices, and supporting organizational change.
• Develop executive-level reporting, insights, and communications that support decision-making, business performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk, and control partners to ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, audit, and operational requirements.
• Drive accountability and execution across multiple initiatives while managing priorities, stakeholder expectations, risks, and dependencies.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members while serving as a subject matter expert in automation, business process optimization, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, or related experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 3+ years of experience developing automation, workflow, business intelligence, or technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 solutions, and related automation capabilities.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements, analyze complex challenges, and translate needs into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, presentations, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and operational teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience supporting governance, risk management, controls, compliance, or audit-related activities.
• Experience in banking, financial services, credit card products, lending operations, or related business environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and driving adoption of new technologies.
