Position Summary

Seeking a Client Service Analyst to support Shareholder Services within an asset management organization.

This position is ideal for an individual looking to deepen their client service focus, relationship management skills, and knowledge of the asset management business.

The role involves front-line communication with third-party wealth management clients and sales partners, specifically for Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), and is responsible for managing client service needs across sales territories, sales channels, and client types.

The Client Service Analyst will interact with Sales, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Legal, and Compliance to provide high-quality client service and support client onboarding and ongoing account activities.

Required Qualifications

• Must hold SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing financial services experience, ideally with no more than approximately 7–8 years of total industry experience.
• Experience supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Management clients, Asset Management products, or Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to deliver superior client service to internal and external clients.
• Strong client service, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership, time management, and relationship management skills.
• Resourceful individual with high intellectual curiosity.
• Keen attention to detail and a high sense of urgency, meeting client needs thoroughly and efficiently.
• Experience in financial services, specifically Separately Managed Accounts and service to Financial Advisors.
• Highly self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for clients and sales channels.
• Support client onboarding, answer client inquiries regarding fund and portfolio information and literature, resolve client-related issues, and execute client lifecycle events.
• Communicate and work closely with the sales force to provide high-quality service to clients.
• Analyze and solve problems independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Monitor and escalate service issues to ensure timely, high-quality responses to clients.
• Support special projects involving asset development, asset retention, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with management and other service representatives to build long-term, successful, and scalable service models.
• Work closely with trading desks to relay the status of trading activity on client accounts.
• Cultivate a service environment focused on enhancing the client experience.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• 40 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours when advance notice is provided.
• Overtime is not required.
