Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent full cycle sourcing experience.
- Experience sourcing Product Analysts, Business Analysts, or related professional roles.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
- Ability to identify qualified talent in competitive metropolitan markets.
- Excellent communication, organization, and candidate engagement skills.
- Will be supporting sourcing efforts in Chicago, IL | Washington, DC | New York, NY from either McLean, VA or Richmond, VA
