Position Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to support content testing, review activities, and control execution.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within short turnaround times while maintaining accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing business priorities, and ensuring content accuracy to minimize customer impact, remediation activities, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed testing and review of high-volume content to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support control execution activities and ensure content meets established standards.
• Identify potential errors, inconsistencies, and quality concerns during content reviews.
• Complete testing and review activities within short turnaround times.
• Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and deadlines.
• Organize and manage assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to minimize customer impact and potential remediation issues.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to support daily activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work effectively under short turnaround times and quickly adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing experience.
• Experience with Figma.
