Position Summary

Seeking a Mortgage Servicing Specialist with knowledge of mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions within Home Lending, working knowledge of MSP, and experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, project management, and relationship-building skills, along with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending.
• Working knowledge of MSP.
• Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft OneNote, Excel, Outlook, and Skype.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability.
• Project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors.
