Position Overview

The Fund Services Analyst will support the setup, launch, and ongoing life cycle management of investment funds. This role works closely with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate fund launches and life cycle events while ensuring activities are completed accurately and on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in asset management operations, investment products, fund operations, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fund launches, setup activities, and ongoing fund life cycle events.

• Coordinate with internal business teams and external service providers.

• Track deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones.

• Assist with analysis, documentation, and operational processes.

• Identify issues, escalate appropriately, and help ensure timely resolution.

• Follow established procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; asset management or financial services experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Comfortable working collaboratively and following established processes.

• Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential business information.

• Interest in investment products, fund operations, and asset management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to asset management operations or program/project management.

• Academic or internship experience related to finance, investments, business
