Senior Sales Specialist (Government sector)

Strategic Staffing Solutions' customer is a leading Baltic IT solutions provider offering a wide range of services designed to support organizations of different sizes and industries. The company delivers IT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and innovative technology products based on the needs of its clients.

Due to team growth, they are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist for the Government Sector to join their team and focus on developing and maintaining relationships with public sector clients.

What you will do:

• Proactively identify and acquire new public sector clients;
• Understand client requirements and provide consultancy on suitable IT solutions;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Work closely with service delivery teams and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of solutions;
• Maintain customer activities and opportunities in the CRM system;
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

What you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales;
• Previous experience selling IT solutions, cybersecurity services, or telecommunications services;
• Higher education in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• Ability to understand customer business needs and recommend suitable solutions;
• Excellent Latvian language skills and good English language skills (for cooperation with international partners and clients);
• Good knowledge of standard office tools;
• Results-oriented mindset with strong planning and time management skills;
• Category B driving license.

Salary range: 2500-3500 EUR gross/month + sales bonus without a cap
