Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for an Application analyst for a W-2 contract opportunity.

Type: W-2 Contract (NO C2C)

Contract: 12 months

Schedule: Hybrid
Work hours: There is an after-hours on-call rotation all members of the team must take part in.
Education: Associate Degree. Years of prior equivalent work-related experience in lieu of a degree: 1 year in Application Analyst or server administrator role. 

This is a W-2 contract opportunity, and candidates must be able to work on our W-2 only. NO C2C or 1099.

1) Troubleshooting and/or problem solving experience

3) Experience with SQL or scripting languages

Summary: The IT Applications Analyst role on the Automation Engineering team supports users of Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax RPA) as well as assists other engineers with problem resolution. Workers at this level solve more complex problems and manage work with general supervision. Incumbents are expected to develop advanced skills and the ability to work with greater independence. They effectively apply fundamental concepts and procedures to work that is fairly complex and varied

Responsibilities will include:
• Design and develop efficient automation processes with well-structured and easily maintainable code
• Advanced trouble-shooting skills to help remove technical roadblocks in automation development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to interact with business users and for creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Act as support contact for RPA software and resolve any related issues as required
• Maintain services, monitor system health, and continually look for improvements
• Collaboration with other team members, product owners, and developers

Desired Qualifications/Experience:
• Two years of application development experience
• Windows server support experience preferred
• Exposure to automation software or processes
• Scripting language experience
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Exhibits maturity, confidence and a proper level of assertiveness when needed. Effectively handles stress and frustration. Demonstrates the ability to absorb change and continue with positive results.
• Utilizes appropriate Human Performance tools effectively during activities, especially testing and implementation activities.
