Business Execution Consultant (Series 7)
Location(s): Charlotte, NC, or Minneapolis, MN
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite/2 days remote
W2 contract role
12+ Months with extension

Role Summary

The Business Execution Consultant (BEC) serves as a team lead and day-to-day resource for Case Advisors. The BEC provides guidance and support on complex casework, complaint research, client communication, written resolutions, procedures, and quality expectations. The BEC also handles escalated client calls, helping address complex or sensitive concerns that require additional support or expertise. The role partners closely with Case Advisors to identify appropriate next steps, navigate challenging situations, and promote consistent execution across the team.                                                                                           
Required Skills

• Series 7 required – MUST BE ACTIVE (or within 2 year window so it may be re-activated quickly)
• Previous experience in financial services, brokerage, or investment-related operations
• Customer service experience
• Microsoft Products
• Strong Verbal/ written communication Skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support others
